Games Championship – Terms and Conditions
PRELIMINARY ARTICLE
WeWard (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is organizing a promotional event in the form of a contest conducted via its mobile application, starting on December 24, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS TO THE GAME
The Game is free to enter and does not require any purchase.
The Game is open to any natural person aged fifteen (15) years or older, located in France, with Internet access, a valid email address, and a personal account on the Partner’s mobile application, excluding permanent or temporary employees of the Organizer and, more generally, any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation, or management of the Game, as well as their immediate family members living under the same roof (spouse, parents, children).
Any participation by a minor is carried out under the full responsibility of the holder(s) of parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right to request written proof of such authorization at any time, particularly when prizes are awarded. The Organizer may disqualify any minor who is unable to provide this documentation within the required timeframe.
ARTICLE 3 – DURATION OF THE GAME
The Game opens on December 24 at 7:00 AM (French connection date and time being authoritative) and ends on December 31 at 11:59 PM.
ARTICLE 4 – HOW THE GAME WORKS
Participants must register for the Game via the mobile application, in the “Championship” tab, by clicking the “Join” button.
ARTICLE 5 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Any person who participates in the Game in compliance with the conditions defined in these Terms is individually referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as the “Participants.”
To participate in the Game, Participants must follow the process described in Article 4 of these Terms. If a Participant does not already have an account on the mobile application, they must first create one by:
o Downloading the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play;
o Entering an email address or logging in via a Google, Facebook, or Apple account;
o In some cases, receiving an email from the Partner containing a login link, which the Participant must click by selecting “LOG IN”;
o Checking at least the following box: “I accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and certify that I am over fifteen (15) years old” in order to continue and access their personal account.
Each Participant must then register for the Game as described in Article 4 of these Terms.
The Partner reserves the right to cancel a Participant’s participation, at its sole discretion, in the event of fraud or any other legitimate reason, such as inaccurate information provided by the Participant that makes prize delivery impossible. The Participant will be informed of the refusal. Any method of participation other than via the Partner’s mobile application is excluded. Participation in the Game via the Partner’s mobile application implies full acceptance of these Terms. Only data produced by the Organizer shall be deemed authoritative for establishing rankings and determining winners.
ARTICLE 6 – WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES
The following prizes are offered:
- 1 iPhone 17 Pro for first place
- 3 PlayStation 5 consoles for the top three participants
- 5 Meta Quest VR headsets for the top five participants
- 10 Nintendo Switch 2 consoles for the top ten participants
- 20 AirPods Pro for the top twenty participants
- 100 gift cards worth €50 each for the top one hundred participants
- 20 Wards for all participants, awarded through completion of a challenge
Winners may not request a prize different from the one awarded. Prizes must be accepted as offered. Prizes may not be contested, exchanged for other goods or services, refunded, or converted into any other form of compensation, including cash.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
Participants are informed, via the application’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, of the personal data collected and the purposes for which it is processed.
Certain personal data will be used in connection with participation in the Game, winner management, and prize delivery, for the purposes of executing these Terms. Any personal data provided by Winners to the Organizer will be used solely for prize delivery.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Participants have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete, restrict, or request portability of their personal data by submitting a request, along with proof of identity, to:

In the event of a dispute, Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be held liable for the non-delivery or delayed delivery of emails resulting from an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the Winner when creating their personal account or when contacting the Organizer.
ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE, MODIFICATION, AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Any Participant who violates one or more provisions of these Terms will be excluded from the Game and from receiving any prize to which they may otherwise have been entitled.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or modify the Game, in whole or in part, if circumstances so require, without justification and without incurring any liability.
Any change affecting these Terms or the operation of the Game will be the subject of an amendment. These Terms are available and may be downloaded free of charge from the Partner’s mobile application.
ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute or claim relating to the Game, for any reason whatsoever, must be submitted in writing to contact@wewardapp.com and sent to the Partner within one (1) month following the closing date of the Game (email timestamp being authoritative).
No telephone inquiries regarding the application or interpretation of these Terms will be accepted.
Any dispute arising from the Game that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Paris Judicial Court.
