1- Definition of a cookie

Weward, the publisher of the Weward site (the 'Site') and the Weward application (the 'Application') , may put web cookies on your device when you access the Site, according to the terms presented below.

3-  Setup of cookies

4- Period of validity for cookies
In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, (1) the technical cookies put on your device are destroyed a maximum of 13 months after their placement or from the date of your last consent if it is later; (2) the cookies which require your consent or refusal have a period of validity of 6 months; (3) non-technical cookies to which you have consented are installed for a maximum period of 6 months, and we will ask for your consent for them every 6 months at most; (4) Personal data collected through cookies is kept for a maximum of 25 months.
5- Data collected via cookies
The majority of personal data (the "Data") collected by cookies is anonymized, so we do not have direct access to any personal data.
However, when non-anonymized Data is collected using cookies (IP address, cookie code, etc.), we comply with the regulations regarding personal data when it is processed.
