WeWard is Celebrating a Milestone: $10 Million Paid Back to Users!

article written by

Since its launch in 2019, WeWard has revolutionized the way that users interact with their environment by rewarding them for every step they take. Today, we are proud to announce that thanks to the commitment and efforts of our growing community, we’ve reached a new extraordinary milestone! Check out our first report marked by generosity.

Rewarding you is our priority!

10 million dollars redistributed to users

We are delighted to announce that the rewards set aside for our users have reached the impressive sum of $10 million. This represents a major achievement for our community and demonstrates that every step truly counts. This sum distributed through bank transfers to our 20 million users is equivalent to 166 years of average salaries in the United States, 5 million packages of pasta, 700 trips around the world, or even 8,300 iPhones!

15 community projects funded since the start of 2023

WeWarders are now well aware that promoting the work of associations is a constant objective for our group. Since the launch of WeWard, our app has contributed $600,000 to our partner associations! In total, nearly forty associations and a hundred projects have been funded since the beginning.

The funds have been distributed to various charitable organizations that tirelessly work to support causes such as education, the environment, health, and many others. We have been able to rebuild schools in Madagascar and Nigeria, support earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria, promote women's rights worldwide, and even plant 1,500 coral fragments in the Maldives.

We are proud to be working together with these organizations to create a positive and lasting impact in our society. Every dollar invested represents an opportunity to change lives and foster a better future.

These first steps are filled with so much promise! As always, since our launch, WeWard is trying to turn walking into something more playful and effective while doing a good deed.
